Waitlist email addresses will be retained until you unsubscribe or until our product launches and we transition to the full platform, at which point we will either delete your data or migrate it to the platform with your consent.

8.4 Rights for Other U.S. State Residents

Residents of Virginia, Connecticut, Utah, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of their personal data, as well as opt out of targeted advertising and the sale of personal data. We do not sell personal data or engage in targeted advertising.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at verra@verra.ai. We will respond to your request within the time period required by applicable law (typically 30-45 days). We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, subject to verification requirements.

9. Children's Privacy

The Site is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under these ages. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately, and we will take steps to delete such information.

10. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.

11. Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers have a "Do Not Track" feature that lets you tell websites you do not want to have your online activities tracked. We do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.
